Ad-hoc have been my property management company for the past 7.5yrs. they’re quick with getting you moved in and all set up. they offer affordable accommodation in locations that are close to local amenities. highly recommend 5* lee has been my guardian now for the last 4yrs or so. he’s always responsive and timely as well as polite and courteous. there have been times when the client has stonewalled us over a maintenance issue, but lee has persisted until the job got completed. top drawer folks!

I relocated from london to liverpool due to work and needed accommodation quickly. i contacted ad hoc after viewing one of their properties on line. the rent was very affordable and the property looked clean. so i contacted them by phone. i quickly viewed the property and put a deposit on the property. i had to provide a work reference after which the keys were handed over to me and i have been in the property since then. i recommend adhoc property management if you are in a fix and need good affordable accommodation. also they even sent me birthday wishes which i appreciated. a nice personal touch.

Ad hoc have been great. rob and ellie have been really helpful and friendly. the accommodation is huge, and nicely kept. they didn't pressure me for a moving in date. most landlords make you start your tenancy as soon as they possibly can when you are waiting for your current tendency to be up forcing you to pay rent for two places, but ad hoc didn't do that to me, i just got charged from the day i moved in. they keep me informed by email of and work they plan on doing to the property . i can't fault them at all

Half a year ago, i was worrying about finding a nice yet inexpensive accommodation to stay in middlesbrough. after a few bouts of house-hunting, i found adhoc property. they are trustworthy and accessible; unlikely many other firms that kind of just neglect you once you've signed the contract. their vision is ambitious but confident - aid to make local communities thrive, both residentially and commercially. hence it wasn't so surprised to find out adhoc possess 96 properties in the uk. thanks to them, i'm totally satisfied with the standard of accommodation, communication with the stuff (i.e. nikki & callum), and of course, the very affordable rent, including bills. one point to ponder though, instead of the normal monthly/yearly tenancy contract, they only offer short-term contracts. which means that on the positive side, you can leave by giving just 28 days' notice; on the contrary, they are authorised to give you 28 days' notice too if the property is being sold. nevertheless, highly recommended.

From the moment of making an initial enquiry to now nearly a month living at the property, i cannot recommend the guys at ad hoc properties highly enough. in particular, lois, rob and lee who manage the liverpool and surrounding region properties. they have each made the moving in process a complete doddle and have certainly made an impression with their professionalism, knowledge and genuine interest in their guardians well-beings. from someone who has never been a property guardian before, it will now be unfortunate circumstances that finds me in any other situation going forward. thanks guys david
