Recently moved from a second-floor flat to a house. Move Master had moved me into the flat and I was very pleased with their service so I contacted them to do the removal this time. The team were very prompt, friendly, professional, and careful. They went above and beyond, even taking some of my bulkier items that I had planned to transport myself, as I didn't have much furniture and there was room in the van. They are very skilled at what they do and I'm very happy with the service I received both times. Highly recommended!

Only wish I could provide more stars as 5 are just not enough. I moved a few days ago from a first floor apartment to a third floor apartment. Prior to the move Stephen visited and provided a clear quote and documented my move date. Some of my furniture is extremely heavey and irreplaceable. Both Stephen and Ed took care of my furniture and placed it perfectly, even corrected an arm on my sofa which was pre damaged way before moving. They were professional and I felt confident my items would be taken care of. I have already recommended Move Master to friends and should I ever move again I will not hesitate to use the company again. I cannot thank Stephen and his team enough for a wonderful service. Highly recommend Move Masters, they went above and beyond with our move from Liverpool to Manchester. They understood the stress of exchange and completion on the same day and kept a level head. Steve and Eddie also kept us calm on the day, big thank you to them they were brilliant. So glad we chose Move Masters for our move.

Used Steve's Move Master Removals last weekend and couldn't fault the service at all. No complaints from Steve and Jack despite the heavy rain and additional requests for disassembly-reassembly of a bed and wardrobe. Professional job at a good, fixed price.
