That 1 star it's only for Will, the person who was helping me to get my timberlands cause the rest of the girls were just laughing. 0 star if possible for how I was treated by the rest of the staff, I was checking the timberlands and they were perfect, when they put them on the box they replaced them for a defective ones (glue or rare product damaging the leather, scratched...) I felt scammed and mocked. It's been a year and I still remember... So disappointed

Great choice of shoes but not enough staff to help you if you need assistance. 1 person on the tills and waited 15 minutes for help ,then another 10 minutes for the shoe and it wasn't my size

Great shop which I have just discovered. Staff are amazing. Very helpful friendly and efficient. Visited yesterday with a return. Ordered me another pair in smaller size and they are being delivered to my home address. What a service. Thank you all so much. I will be back !!!
