Went to get my feet measured and some boots and shoes fitted. the guy, mike, who looked after me was really very helpful and listened to what i wanted and why. his advice was great.
Had to exchange a pair of walking shoes ordered online that were too tight. no quibble from shop. spent considerable time selecting a comfortable pair trying different makes sizes and fits until one was just right. very grateful for help and patience of salesman.
