Went to get my feet measured and some boots and shoes fitted. The guy, Mike, who looked after me was really very helpful and listened to what I wanted and why. His advice was great.

Had to exchange a pair of walking shoes ordered online that were too tight. No quibble from shop. Spent considerable time selecting a comfortable pair trying different makes sizes and fits until one was just right. Very grateful for help and patience of salesman.
