I can’t recommend Big Yellow Self Storage Edge Lane enough. This is the 2nd time I have used them and every time has been such an easy and smooth process. The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. Great price and a quick refund for time I didn’t use. Will defo be using them again!

Good value for short or long term storage. Shame only one lift was working for more than a month. Waiting times not good if you time your visit to coincide with others loading out. Discount should have offered for inconvenience.

Lisa was one of the most helpful service workers I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with! I can’t speak highly enough about her. The process for online check in and the in person check in is straight forward. They aren’t trying to nickel and dime you and the 7 day notice for cancellation makes it easy to cancel when you need to. Just watch the videos and you’ll be good. They sell locks on site, combo and key. Security is very good.
