First time using the service and I’ll definitely use them again. They have an app which shows you how far away the driver is. The driver I got was really friendly and polite. And the best part is they’re much cheaper than Uber and even a little cheaper than Delta so I’ll be using this firm primarily from now on.

Receive text giving details of taxi so was easy to pick out our driver among all others picking up coach passengers. Taxi driver was polite and pleasant and very helpful. Would recommend, service was efficient all round

Driver polite, asked if I had any specific way to go to my destination. Listened to my instructions and followed them. Perfect, comfortable ride.

I booked a taxi earlier on this afternoon around 1pmish for 18:145 this evening to the train station which allowed plenty of time to get there and get our train tickets. There was no sign of the taxi after 5 mins, the lady I spoke to was very nice and said she would get onto a driver. 10 mins later, so 10 mins before our train is due there was still no sign I called again and was greeted by the most vulgar man who after me asking where our taxi is told me it would be another 30 mins.... this would mean us missing our train and being extremely late for the meal we have booked in Liverpiol centre. He began raising his voice at me and making out like it was my fault for booking the taxi through the app because it's not very good. He told me if I need a taxi for anything important I should've rang and booked....how am I supposed to know the app isn't fit for purpose!! I cannot believe the attitude of this man towards me! I will never ever use this company again! Absolute joke!

Auto answer is dreadful, it was once absolutely great but now it seems to be useless. As for the cabs they are excellent , very clean and comfortable,as for the drivers They are extremely helpful and polite, all but 1 as l am 76 l do need a little help from the cab with my shopping, this particular driver just opens the boot and says that he has a bad back. There is a vast difference between him and the rest of your drivers. Apart from that particular individual everyone else are first class.
