First time using the service and i’ll definitely use them again. they have an app which shows you how far away the driver is. the driver i got was really friendly and polite. and the best part is they’re much cheaper than uber and even a little cheaper than delta so i’ll be using this firm primarily from now on.
Receive text giving details of taxi so was easy to pick out our driver among all others picking up coach passengers. taxi driver was polite and pleasant and very helpful. would recommend, service was efficient all round
Driver polite, asked if i had any specific way to go to my destination. listened to my instructions and followed them. perfect, comfortable ride.
Auto answer is dreadful, it was once absolutely great but now it seems to be useless. as for the cabs they are excellent , very clean and comfortable,as for the drivers they are extremely helpful and polite, all but 1 as l am 76 l do need a little help from the cab with my shopping, this particular driver just opens the boot and says that he has a bad back. there is a vast difference between him and the rest of your drivers. apart from that particular individual everyone else are first class.
