Waited 1.5 hours (no exaggeration) for a taxi to come to Britannia Inn , Riverside. I will not be using this firm again that wait time is unacceptable there were no events on such as matches or roads blocked off there was no excuse.

Went Liverpool women's hospital and the cab going was so friendly and the cab back was even better, told him I had hot flushes after cancer so he put the air con on and we had a lovely chat to take my mind off.. Will definitely use them again. Fantastic.

We booked an appointment for 8am. Arrived a few minutes early. Driver very professional, friendly and helpful. Later booked a return cab home that arrived a couple of minutes later and the driver exactly the same. I will definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone. I was very impressed. George
