I went in as a stressed Mum looking for a break away, after a negative experience of another travel operator within the same area I was pleasantly surprised staff were helpful as soon as I walked in was greeted with a warm smile, and sat with Vickie, honestly I couldn't praise Vickie enough I gave her a budget and board base i wanted within budget, she was incredibly knowledgeable and couldn't be any more helpful, nothing was too much effort,and when I was getting a little worked up, kids ringing me up she helped to calm me I have hidden disabilities and she helped to calm me and offered reassurance and talked me through how she was available after the booming, really showing how customer focused she is, that even after she's booked she still cares about the Individual client. Would definitely go here in future for any other breaks. Highly recommend excellent quality customer service with a friendly face.

We found both Mia and Jon professional, friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to speak to them - a great start to our TUI experience! We have visited TUI in Liverpool (Lord Street) a couple more times and were impressed yet again. Manager Michelle and Hannah gave fantastic advice regarding our booking. Vickie and Sophie could not have been more helpful when we booked a couple of excursions. Excellent customer service from everyone. We visited TUI in Liverpool again, and were delighted by the customer service provided by Caitlin. We had questions about our holiday, and Caitlin put our minds at ease. She is very friendly and professional - a credit to TUI.

My parents were looking for a very last-minute anniversary getaway this summer, and we headed into TUI Liverpool to ask for some advice, suggestions and recommendations for their trip. We were warmly welcomed by the lovely Vickie who showed us various destinations, and personalised the available options to our preferences. She shared many great travel tips, gave very personal and informative advice, and was very knowledgeable about many different destinations. Vickie helpfully shared the options via Email to us to browse through later in the evening at our leisure. We returned the following day to book an all-inclusive trip with TUI and she was so helpful and booked it for us, and was there every step of the way to guide and help us, with any questions, despite it being so last-minute. Thank you so much to Vickie and the team at TUI Liverpool for your service, advice and expertise! We’d highly recommend TUI to others and will definitely return soon to book another trip!

I just wanted to share my fantastic experience with booking a Disneyland Paris adventure at the TUI store in Liverpool lord street. Firstly, booking with someone who is a Disney Expert (actual title!) is a Godsend and a HUGE thank you to Rachel who was literally the font of all knowledge. Rachel was able to recommend the best time frame that we would need for taking our 4 year old and work within our budget to get us the most magical experience ever! She went as far as helping us pick restaurants after deciding to get a meal plan and showing me how to navigate the app. I was able to contact Rachel on a few occasions to ask questions, and she was always 100% helpful and a genuine part of making my daughters dreams come true. Booking with a travel agent was invaluable to us as I feel like Disney holidays (for a first timer) can feel like a minefield to navigate and doing this took all the stress away for me. However now I have the Disney bug and already want to book to go again so my advice is, book Disney holidays at your own risk as they are highly addictive and always ask for a Disney expert! Nothing was too much trouble even down to adding extras. Keep doing what you are doing.
