We popped in for holiday advice and Phil, our advisor was really friendly and knowledgeable. We're booking a holiday via Virgin in October, so I'll update this review once we've bought a holiday via them. Update: Popped in yesterday and Mel was excellent. All sorted for our trip away next year and we're impressed with the service from the team so far.

I have booked a few holidays through staff at this branch, i have also amended some. Nothing is too much trouble, polite, helpful, always find you the best deals for exactly what you are asking for. Amazing would not go anywhere else

Wonderful experience in store, Catherine could not do enough to help us, really put us at ease with our booking, helped us to look into all of our options and never rushed us or pushed us to make a decision. We booked the next day, only wish we had managed to book in store with Catherine herself as her service was brilliant.
