I was impressed by the good reviews of other customers. My experience confirms their positive comments. The company responded quickly to my initial and subsequent enquiries. They delivered more or less within the very quick timetable they proposed for undertaking the survey and installation, and the costings fell more or less within those suggested by their online price calculator. The surveyor was very good at explain how the installation would work and listening to my requirements. Installation was carried out shortly after the payment of the deposit. The engineers who did the installation were friendly, tidy and efficient in their work. The the "air to air" air conditioning (Daikin "Stylish" wall unit) is amazing. Warms a room very quickly with a balanced heat and operates very quietly. I haven't received an electricity bill yet but am expecting (hoping) for a significant reduction on what it would have been otherwise.

Very professional service and installation, I would recommend The Air Conditioning Company to anyone thinking of getting an AC unit in their service area. There was a little confusion around whether the unit could be run off a 13 amp supply, which it could and about what ducting was originally quoted for, but these issues were resolved amicably.
