I have been using this company for more than 20 years. it's time to leave a positive review. i have 2 bikes, they keep record of repairs for both of them separately, very well organised. they won't try to replace anything if they can repair it, very honest. staff is very competent and friendly.
Very happy with their service. i had an issue with my brakes and happen to ride past them. i decided to go in for help and they very graciously helped me out. good guys!
Had a call with them just now. they picked up on the second ring. i was asking for a type of bike they don't stock. the chap i spoke with was so helpful and communicative. he suggested multiple other shops that have the bike i'm after. he was knowledgeable and generous with his time. when i have something to buy that they do stock, i'll be very happy to give them my business based on this interactions.
