I have been using this company for more than 20 years. It's time to leave a positive review. I have 2 bikes, they keep record of repairs for both of them separately, very well organised. They won't try to replace anything if they can repair it, very honest. Staff is very competent and friendly.

Left my bike there and was told Tuesday after it would be ready (Teo days after I have dropped it). Wednesday I called and it wasn’t ready. I asked when it would be ready and they couldn’t give me an answer. Only kept saying they had a lot of work and a lot of bikes to fix. Customer service is not good at all. Simply manage your customers expectations and that’s all. If you had said it will take two more days I would be ok with it. Even if another week! Just the fact that you kept saying that you have too much work and can’t give a date is not ok. I need my bike to go to work. Took it to another store and they told me two days. One day after it was ready! Great customer service example for you to learn from.

Very happy with their service. I had an issue with my brakes and happen to ride past them. I decided to go in for help and they very graciously helped me out. Good guys!

Had a call with them just now. They picked up on the second ring. I was asking for a type of bike they don't stock. The chap I spoke with was so helpful and communicative. He suggested multiple other shops that have the bike I'm after. He was knowledgeable and generous with his time. When I have something to buy that they do stock, I'll be very happy to give them my business based on this interactions.

Will never be returning to this place again. After good reviews I decided to pay for the £90 service. There was nothing wrong with my bike, I just wanted it to be serviced to keep it fresh. However upon arriving they decided to add loads of parts, which made it out to 190. However suspicious this seemed, I decided to pay for them. Then within a week of collecting my bike it stopped working whilst I was in North London. Eventually I took my bike back and they made me pay another 55 for the wheel (which I had never had an issue with before). Overall I paid £245 when I just wanted a quick service. I might as well have just bought a new bike.
