Bought Campagnola shamal Ultra wheels. A real bike shop with excellent customer service. I live 155 miles from the bike shop. They value people and understand the needs of any cyclist. They won't rip you off and offer professional advice. Great bike shop.

Couldn't be kinder - took my bike in as the derailer wasn't working. They didn't have time to service it but a lovely man on the shop floor had a look and fixed it for me free of charge in 5min! Have booked in for a proper service in a month's time. Absolutely lovely people who know what they're doing.

I made an online purchase of some mudguards which came more quickly than anticipated but there had been a slight error in communicating what parts I needed. Condor were very swift and considerate in responding to me and rectified the situation immediately. Perfect 👌🏻

Had a fantastic fitting session with James. Went through the issues I was having and made some adjustments to the bike / cleats / insoles that immediately felt a lot better. Very comfortably and enjoyable session (minus the revelation that turbo trainers will quickly reveal how unfit you are!) - thanks James + Condor!

Condor is just amazing, I'm often going to get clothing, bike parts or just tools and I've always received amazing advices. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I also had a bike fit there with James and it was great. James explained me everything as we went through the fit and i feel like it really made me more comfortable on the bike. I can't recommend Condor enough, just go there for anything cycling related.
