I reached out to 3 different blind vendors when looking for new blinds for my house. We heard back from 2 and got a proper quote from AdamsBlinds only. Never heard back from the other 2 vendors, and they never followed up with us. AdamsBlinds were on the other hand quick at replying and had good and clear communication. The blinds were delivered fast and Installation was also very good. They let all timelines and deadlines we had with them and were always on time for appointments. I will defiant recommendation AdamsBlinds and use them again for the remains of my house when I get to that. Super good and friendly service.

Brilliant experience with Adam’s Blinds. Far speedier in coming to my place to measure up than other big brands. Priced competitively and installed efficiently by a super polite guy. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

My overall experience with this company has been terrible . It was wonderful until problems started and I was completely let down. I bought 10 Venetian blinds for huge windows in my Airbnb . I paid more than 5000 pounds . The problem was that I chose wooden Venetian blinds, far too heavy for the length of my window. They didn’t warn about this . They were controlled by somfy remote control with batteries. The first months I had problems with batteries. I managed to get the technician to come a couple of times .150 each time , but no one told me that those batteries needed replacing expensive rechargeable batteries so often . After that , blinds started falling down . It’s been very frustrating because all the answers I get is that because they know I do Airbnb , they say it’s misuse and wash their hands . The truth is that blinds are not easily reachable as my ceilings are 4,20 mts, this was the main reason for choosing remote controls. And after 8 of 10 blinds already broken 4 years after , it is clear that the problem is weight . I stopped contacting them in 2021, tired of their answers. It was frustrating and stressful . I have found a technician who has helped me and I am replacing all of them again . He has confirmed they should have never offered wooden slats. So if everything goes well , no problem , but when I have had problems , no response . 5000 pounds wasted . Worst decision ever .

The experience of ordering, measuring and having the blinds fitted was exceptional. Harvey was incredibly efficient, and had measurements done super quick, and even more amazing on install in a tricky setup with awkward access. Would highly recommend, and will use again without hesitation
