Delicious cake (and cupcakes). the design was exactly what i was after. service was amazing too, took a huge weight off my shoulders knowing the cake would be delivered straight to the venue. only giving 4 stars as the message on the cake had been misspelt (see attached) though, it didn't bother me as i was after the design and taste! thank you family cake company!

Just look at this cake! i placed a very late order with next day turnaround for a custom cake, and they absolutely exceeded my expectation! boy did they! what an impressive cake, light italian sponge inside and lots of fresh, rich fruit topping with dark chocolate 'pencils' surrounding a round cake. the fruits on a cake thing is the preference of the person who's birthday it was. they also do classics like red velvet, and chocolate. on their website you can customise the cake as you want it. they've got lots of yummy flavour combinations! i was able to collect my order but their main method is delivery. *i removed the personal message that was on the cake 😉

I would like to thank them from the bottom of my heart for such a wonderful cake for my daughter's 2nd birthday. i was genuinely surprised and extremely happy at the entire experience of ordering from them. i truly appreciate the responsiveness and the hassle free delivery. coming to the cake, it was just perfect. they managed to recreate the sample i'd shared and it was just too pretty to eat! my daughter just loved her birthday cake and it was truly the highlight of the celebration. the cake was moist and delicious and it had the perfect flavor. thank you once again for such a wonderful experience. i would definitely recommend.

I ordered an alice in wonderland themed cake (chocolate fudge flavour) for my daughter’s birthday. not only was the cake beautiful, it was made to perfection. the sponge was moist, the icing was not too sweet. perfect birthday cake!! our guests loved it. chenade at family cake company was amazing to help coordinate the order and to help design the cake! the cupcakes we ordered were amazing too. we’ll surely be ordering more from them :)

I've used the family cake company several times now and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. staff are super helpful and communication is great. cakes are reasonably priced and they can meet any design requirements within your budget. my kids are always thrilled to receive the delicious cakes from here. especially the oreo flavour!!
