My beloved nissan qashqai was hit while parked during the snow wave in december with quite a bit of damage. my insurance company weren’t the best, but the one thing they did do right was to allocate my car to sprayworks for accident management repairs. sprayworks, promptly informed me of every step of the repair and did a very extensive check to ensure everything was ok prior to discharging the car back to me. currently the uk is experiencing a huge shortage of car parts (as warned by my insurance) but this didn’t stop sprayworks from repairing well within the estimated time window. they even cleaned the car extensively which was an added kind gesture. very polite staff and answered all calls promptly. will definitely recommend over anywhere else.
