Mr pearce was affable. he arrived on time with clean up-to-date equipment and did a quick, professional and tidy job. all for a very reasonable price. additionally, he took considerable extra time to provide detailed a chimney draft test and advised on the cleaned chimney and another fireplace, all free of charge. i find it difficult to see how he could have provided a better service.
Bryan was brilliant. first time having our stove and flue cleaned and nervous about the potential mess. i was assured there would be none and i was pleasantly surprised :) clean, fast, friendly and an absolute pleasure to meet. look forward to our yearly meets. thank you.
Excellent service. the team arrived on time. the guys were friendly, professional and efficient. they gave our chimney a thorough clean and vacuum, and left the area spotless. they advised us on how often to sweep the flue, the correct fuel to burn, etc. we will definitely use the company again.
