Craig has installed two woodburners for us now - the first being a bit tricky due to the installation already being half complete when craig came in to it, and the second involving having our old fireplace removed and the hole rendering prior to installation of the stove. craig did an excellent job in both cases, taking care of everything for us and leaving us very happy with the results. craig was pleasure to have in the house and we felt completely comfortable leaving him here working whilst we went out (not something we would normally do). he obviously takes great pride in his work, provides excellent advice and aftercare, and we wouldn’t hesitate using him again or recommending to others

Craig was recommended to me and i am so pleased he was. the work he carried out was done meticulously and starting with a camera inspection of the chimney followed by a sweeping of the chimney. having never had a working fireplace or stove before i was at a loss to know which one would be suitable but with craig’s advise and knowledge he steered me in the right direction. once it was delivered he installed the stove / log burner professionally and with care explaining everything he was doing. after the installation was completed i had lots of questions (mainly silly ones) but he answered and explained everything even down to the best logs to use and how to start the fires. i can’t thank him enough for the service he provided which was first class and of the highest standard, friendly, mess free and with no disruption and i will definitely be using his services again.

A great service. we had to get two new flues fitted with two new stoves. very competitive pricing. excellent information provided. all appointments kept on time. workspace was left immaculate. my wife and i were happy to leave craig alone in the house. highly recommended his services.
