I asked firkins to provide this service because i have heard (and read) so many five-star reviews from other professionals and from friends whose judgements i trust. the service firkins provided was excellent; they were fast, efficient, clean, courteous, kind, informative, professional and left my fireplaces sparkling. they even inserted my insulating "chimney sheep" for me because i couldn't reach it myself. highly recommended.
We used this company to sweep and test five chimneys in our victorian three storey property in readiness for renovation and updating of old gas fires. we found them highly efficient, punctual, friendly and helpful. the rooms in which they worked were left clean, tidy and clear of dust and debris. we would recommend them unreservedly.
