Royal China Club

The lobster noodles is really good here, this dish was the highlight of the night as me and husband have been craving for it for a while! The lobster was cooked perfectly, texture was nice. The scallops and foie gras dish was also very nice. Crispy pork belly seasoned well with a nice crispy skin. The egg fried rice was a tad plain, I need more flavour for that. Morning glory is always our choice of vegetable to get at any Chinese restaurant, it was okay here. The crispy duck pancakes was nothing special I’m my opinion. My friend wanted some XO sauce and we got charged £10 for a sauce dish that he only used a bit of. Would not recommend ordering XO sauce on the side if you’re barely going to eat it! Other than that the meal was enjoyable and I left satisfied.

Good experience. We ordered dumplings, noodles, fried rice and vegan tofu. The tofu was amazing. The rest were also good but slightly overpriced. Everything was served quite fast. However we were slightly disappointed by the service. There werent enough waiters for all the tables and it took a lot of time to get one to notice us. Also we were given a timeftame to give the table back in one hour, which didnt really make sense.

Great company - lovely dim sum - good and very quick service. Very pricey. Food delicious. Recommended for a every single often dim sum treat.

Top notch Cantonese fine dining! If you’ve gone to the other Royal Chinas and want to step it up a notch, Royal China Club is the answer. This is the pinnacle of the Royal China Group. The food and service are impeccable with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Prices will vary and will be akin to other fine dining options in the city. It wasn’t too busy on a Wednesday evening as we arrived without a reservation and were quickly seated. Staff were friendly and food came out at a good pace. The emperor scallops from Scotland were huge and some of the best I’ve had. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Look forward to returning and trying more dishes.
