Awesome. laptop wouldn't start up even after a full reinstall. took in to jaryd at 3pm - got back, fully loaded ready to use at 8pm. and was great value. totally impressed how easy it was to resolve.
Quick and very efficient service! i had gone through a couple of online it help with other providers which didn’t work! i took laptop to london pc fix and issue was resolved quickly! fantastic!
Jaryd responded to my cry for help almost immediately, was happy to offer advice on email and then come out to help. he has great professional integrity (rightly cautious about undertaking work that would invalidate my warranty but willing to offer a solution). he's been available for follow up matters where i just wanted to check i was doing the right thing. he's also a really nice guy! highly recommend.
Jaryd helped extract files from a broken hard drive. he worked against the clock to recover files that were urgently required. exceptional communication with regular updates on progress throughout. would absolutely recommend and use again
