I had a got sent a letter from TFL regarding fare evasion and was in a panic! I ended up calling a load of law firms but found that Victoria from BSB was the only one who actually seemed confident in my case and being able to assist in getting it settled out of court. She was the only person I had spoken to where I felt understood and less stressed about the situation. We had a zoom call where she asked me to collate a number of documents to help with my case. She explained what I would need, how much detail was required and how it would assist with the matter. Jim was incredible when representing me for my sentencing hearing in Crown Court. I should’ve hired BSB Solicitors for the first hearing.
