I just had a great experience with gold dry cleaners in south kensington and want to give them a shout. i sent in 10 ladies shirts to be washed and ironed under their "10 shirts for £19.99" deal. the gentleman just returned them, beautifully laundered, ironed and on hangers, and politely advised me that these were blouses, not shirts, and because they have to be hand-pressed, they normally cost more. he was very polite in explaining that ladies blouses are generally smaller and don't fit in the pressing machine, hence the extra work. however, they didn't charge me extra this time and deserve a very positive review.
