I have had to use this service twice for my washer dryer and each time I was impressed. They are very punctual and even call when the engineer is 20 minutes away. The engineer is very nice and explains the exact issue, and if possible how to prevent it. For one of the cheapest offers in London they don't try to upsell. I have their details on my fridge just in case anything else breaks!

Treated me honestly. I booked a repair for a washing machine, received a call on the day of the booking telling me that they had good idea of what the fault was likely to be, and would I like to save myself the call-out fee based on their experience, and the age of my washing machine. I felt treated fairly. Thank you

Contacted Exclusive Repaires based on the reviews and I wasn't disappointed. Prompt communication really nice to deal with. I was impressed with the quality of my dishwasher install, they took the time to make sure it was securely fitted, leveled and all in correct working order. Couldn't recommend enough.

GREAT SERVICE. Very prompt, reliable and more importantly reasonably priced. Identified the fault, took me thru the whole issue and suggested remedy. Emailed back just to reconfirm: "DW integrated - PCB, circulation pump + seal and leak from body needed. Very old appliance" From now on, will be using them. Highly recommended!
