We had a problem with the hotpoint oven door which wouldn't shut properly. even though we never used hamid before, he ordered the replacement part in advance at his own expense, came on time and fixed it. very polite and responsive.

Rang the service because my fridge needed fixing was greeted by lovely hamid, who was so kind and understand. on arrival to my flat and assessing the work. he educated me on how to get the best usage of my fridge. after fixing my fridge he noticed my cooker also needed work and this lovely man volunteered to fixed it. i am beyond grateful for your service and your kindness lovly hamid. all the best with your business. mp

I honestly can’t thank him enough !! after more than three days search , with some crazy expensive prices around london , and premium charges . i find this page on google searching for ( washer/dryer machine ) engineer . my machine just stoped working causing electricity to jam every time i turn it on , hakim recognised the problem over a phone conversation . he had the exact part , very very very affordable rate , was on time , great service , very polite , and he cleaned after himself … top guy !! i definitely recommend him 10/10 i’m so so happy , thank you very much sir !

Hamid and his co-engineers replaced our ancient cooker hood (after trying to save it).they were quick and efficient and got it up and running smartly. we are very pleased.
