I don’t normally write reviews (and this one is a bit late) but i just wanted to say how wonderful gracie was in selling my flat in king’s cross at the end of last year. it was completed in dec 22 but sale was agreed at the end of may, 10 days after being put on the market - itself an achievement. gracie exudes confidence but is very calm with it. the sale was quite complex due to leases/ share of freehold and the buyers had quite particular solicitors. through it all gracie was a calm and reassuring presence, clearly she has seen most of it before and knows how to read people and situations well. complete frankness and honesty as well. it was a pleasure to deal with her at berkshire hathaway. martin
