Leverton & Sons Ltd Funeral Directors Camden & Head Office
Pippa and the team at Leverton’s were caring and attentive and showed great sensitivity throughout the entire funeral process. I have used them on two (unfortunately) recent occasions and would not hesitate to recommend them.
I spoke to someone called Julie Avery who was unsympathetic and unhelpful on the phone. I explained that my Dad's funeral needs to be held as soon as possible partly because my mum has lung cancer. I asked her to let me know which cemeteries nearby my parents that could do a funeral soon and what dates they can be available. I also asked her to make enquiries with a church near my parents home for a funeral service. Julie was unwilling to call up the cemeteries or the church to make enquiries and said it would take too many hours of her time. She seemed only interested in telling me the costs of the burial sites. I had already told her that the priority is in getting a burial done as soon as possible and that the pricing was not so important. I said to her if she is unwilling to provide the information required to enable my mum to make a decision then I would have to call another funeral director. Julie said OK and put the phone down on me. It is shocking to get such an awful response from a funeral Director. Nobody should have to endure such terrible service.
Excellent service. Julie was at all times thoughtful, considerate and professional. She worked with us to ensure my sister Carol had the best possible funeral.
Thank you so much. You made it all so much easier for us.
I was very happy with the service and help provided by Levertons. I dealt directly with Carmel, who I must single out for praise. She was knowledgeable, professional and responsive throughout. She gave me a real confidence things would go well, and they did. I would recommend her to anyone.
Roger Luck took all the worry and stress out of planning a wonderful cremation. I thoroughly recommend him and his team. I am extremely satisfied with the good service I received and would like to thank him.
