I have known the team at London Furniture Company for a while and they have always been very friendly and helpful in meeting my criteria. The sofas have been very nice quality, comfortable and extremely stylish. I would have no trouble recommending them to friends (and I do).

So epic, can’t fault this company. I bought from them because they responded so quickly after using the contact us on their website, it was late evening and I was getting all the info I needed. They had a competitive price for the settee we wanted. Gave me all the colour/fabric options available right there on the chat. Super knowledgeable, selling amazing quality Italian settees. Slight delay on delivery but I expected that given the supply chain these days. Definitely recommend and most importantly I absolutely love my new settee. Thank you.

Sofa is great except when delivered one side of the recliner is not working. It has now been 2.5 months since it was delivered, it's stopped working twice - first time it took 3 weeks to get someone to come and 'repair' it. It worked for about 10 days. Now we are almost at 4 weeks and they have said they have to get new parts, but no updates and very slow to get anything sorted or to hear anything from the London Furniture company. After sales has been awful. The number on the signature does not work and it has been 2 weeks since the repair team came to have a look and nothing has been fixed yet. Not sure what is happening????

After 42 years of marriage and numerous sofas I have finally found the perfect one. We bought the Raymond sofa in Bull leather Bianco and the Saskia chair in Grigio. Both are absolutely gorgeous and the colours compliment each other, not only does the sofa look great but it also is the most comfortable by a mile. I was scared to buy online, never done before in my life. We didn't want anything powered by a motor and the back of the sofa can easily be moved. Philip was amazing, never too much trouble and numerous phone calls to help with our decision. Thank you so much. Highly recommended.
