An excellent friendly service! visted promptly to measure up for a quote and gave useful advice. promptely answered my questions. did a top quality install with great finish and no mess. they even took our old doors away! all at a competitve price. i would definitely recommend this company.

I phoned thames garage doors on monday explaining there was a problem. they came the next day and fixed it, their representative duncan turned up punctually, immediately diagnosed the problem and knew exactly what to do, what else can i say? professional, timely and excellent value in my opinion. i would not hesitate to recommend.

Duncan arrived when he said he would to look at the garage door which couldn't open and shut. he was polite and professional. had parts with him so could do the job there and then. gave helpful tips on maintenance and even cleared overgrown weeds from garage door. would highly recommend as is worth the price quoted!

Thames garage doors responded quickly to repair a broken cable on an up-and-over garage door which prevented the door being used. friendly service and repair completed quickly and reasonably priced. also the only company contacted to recommend the other cable should also be replaced at the same time which proved to be the right suggestion as that was also rusted / frayed. would recommend.
