Room Service never pick-up the phone! :( Hallways are so dark even the staff didn’t see the ‘do not disturb’ sign we put outside our room and knocked on the door. Location is excellent Roof top bar food was disappointing, good for a drink but don’t expect to eat a meal there.

Great location; easy walking distance to British Museum, National Gallery, Palace, Shakespeare Globe, Covent Garden, and many theaters and restaurants. Service is enthusiastic and friendly; we were able to borrow two 220->110V adapters from the front desk. Very dramatic reception area and the champaign during check-in was appreciated. Excellent sound proofing. Would stay here again. Well worth the money.

STK in the lobby was amazing food. The decor, the rooms, this hotel is so worth it. Not far from all the London stuff, but traffic in London is crazy now. Give yourself extra time to get around. Great views from balconies.

A great visit to the rooftop bar with a view over London. They serve good cocktails and the food is tasty. Sitting al fresco is a really nice experience for this hotel. You have to book a space or you might be unlucky.
