Have been dealing with Folgate for over 7 years. Easy to use systems and streamlined process. The underwriters are very approachable and work with brokers to try and find a solution for clients. Paul Craig our BDM has been very supportive to help and grow the book. Very pleased with the overall service.

I have been dealing with Folgate Insurance since 2003 when they used to be called APC. The underwriting team are easily approachable and the BDMs are good communicators. They offer a broad range of commercial insurance products that fit in very well with our clients' needs. Great company yo deal with.

We have dealt with Folgate Insurance for over 5 years and the platform provided gives access to a full suite of quote and buy insurance products and is very easy to use. The staff are always friendly whilst remaining professional and tend to go the extra mile. Very recently we needed to place a Property Owners risk with various referrals on cover after the Friday 5.00pm witching hour and through our account executive and a member of the underwriting team they assisted me to get the case over the line and on cover!! Folgate are great to deal with. They have a strong team of technical underwriters who are happy to discuss a case with you. They assist where possible and are empowered to make decisions, which isn't always the case with many insurers now. Del is regularly on the phone to our office checking in on us, and offering his assistance. At Edison Ives Insurance Solutions we are looking forward to working with Folgate for many years to come.
