I would absolutely recommend London Rocks. working with Stacey was a pleasure...she is knowledgeable , professional and super efficient. Stacey understood exactly what i required...two gold pendants, to my design, with tiny diamonds and engraved. Having approved the design artwork , the pendants were made on time and are absolutely fabulous....my Grandaughters will love them! Thank you.

What a wonderful experience. After several really helpful and progressive consultant sessions (I needed a fair bit of guidance!) we ended up with a stunning engagement ring. Karl has a knack for listening carefully to feedback and nudging to the best conclusion without feeling forced (which you may well get at other jewelers in Hatton Gardens). Went to Karl at London Rocks to design a ring for my girlfriend. Over 3 meetings and so much time spent on different designs we came up with something completely unique and exactly what I wanted. I went to Karl with the vaguest idea of what I wanted for an engagement ring, and left with something far, far better. What I liked about Karl is that he's a jewellery designer, not a salesman. With extreme patience he talked me through the fundamentals, sketched out idea after idea and searched high and low for the perfect stones. He was led solely by creating the perfect piece, and not by maxing out the budget. We were both delighted with the ring, and subsequently went back for our wedding rings.

Had my partner's engagement ring made at London Rocks and couldn't be happier with the process and result. From the very first meeting you get to speak with the artisan who will be making the ring (Karl), not a designer who will then outsource the job God knows where - you can even see/visit the workshop which is in the shop's basement. Karl is very passionate, knowledgeable and genuinely enjoys taking whatever time is needed to understand and help pin down exactly what you want or need down to the minutest details. All of this is done in a much appreciated informal and humble manner.
