The Plumstead Centre

Thank you to the soft play centre for another amazing birthday for my 5 year old. this is the second time we have used the room and it was a great experience with the staff being super helpful throughout and the children and parents enjoying the space. feeling lucky to have such a wonderful venue in this area!!

First time coming to this gym and i must say what a lovely place! staff are so friendly and helpful. gym is just what you need... love the soft play area, my two year old had loads of fun... thanks plumstead team

Too!the staff here are really friendly and helpful! they always go above and beyond without it seeming like a problem. the complimentary sanitary products in the gym changing room is a thoughtful touch too! the instructors for the fitness classes are excellent and motivated.

This gym is absolutely perfect - usually quiet and always clean, with plenty of equipment to use. the team are fantastic, especially ali. ali always goes over and above to greet people, make them feel welcome & gives you great advice on things you could be doing. i’d 100% recommend this gym.

This is such a nice, compact and quiet gym, i like working out here as the staff are friendly and the footfall are steady, you don’t get annoying dudes coming over saying “how many sets you got left mate”. only thing i would say could add to make this 5 star is there are add more equipments and classes. but that’s the price i am willing to pay for a quiet gym.
