I went to London Locks’ office in Bow to ask about getting keys cut, potentially changing a cylinder, and a problem getting my door to shut. I spoke to Lloyd who was very helpful. He cut me some new keys while I waited and suggested I not cut any more until he had time to look at the locks and door in situ. He came over by bike the same afternoon and got everything working. I was surprised by how much kit he brought with him (power tools replacement parts etc). I thought the price was for the work good and the effort he put into the service was excellent.

Got a quote to replace door locks promptly, with Ashley turning up within the hour. He was very helpful and worked quickly, sharing information about the work he was doing and tips on door safety. Would definitely call on them again if I needed to!

Amazing work, great communication and an excellent price. I asked for storage door to have a lock fitted and the locksmith did it with no issues in 30 mins! Will be recommending them for anyone who needs this services!
