My wife and i had the couples massage and it was fantastic. the therapists were incredibly friendly and the massages were brilliant. highly recommended

It was very good experience with balance wellness. it very clear and quite please if you want to get a relaxing time. the staff so kind, i reached early they introduced a glass of water and made me feel relaxing before i got my service. i had a body scrub and hot stones massage for one and half an hour, only problem which i faced was the bathroom in the ground floor but the massage room in the basement.

I've just had a wonderful neck, upper back and shoulders massage by dominika, who was lovely and friendly. i feel so much better already. thank you dominika!

Had the couple massage and beauty treatment package. massage was thorough and as deep as you wanted. the beauty treatment package was excellent and body scrub was very good too - highly recommended and will be looking to go again.

The massage was okay, but the environment really isn’t very relaxing. the main treatment room is directly next to the reception so if anyone comes into reception you can hear everything they say. i asked for the music to be turned up to try drown out the talking but it didn’t go up nearly loud enough to make that much difference. maybe a functional massage if you are not bothered about relaxation would be fine but i wouldn’t return here as prefer to be able to switch off when go for a massage. also the therapist didn’t ask much about specific areas i wanted to work on and could have enquired a little more.
