Excellent customer service. i would highly recommend this store. i was a bit worried if it will cost me a fortune, but agnes helped me to find the best solution. so far the best bed and most comfortable mattress i’ve ever had. i love it. i don’t even understand how people can have any bad experience in that store. i’ve also got a free duvet with my purchase. 😍 thank you agnes!

What a gem of a store, how did i not know about this all these years? my favourite part... a whole floor dedicated to clearance, if you need something for cheap. i needed a small double mattress for the kids room, agnes and aslam were there to help me pick the best one for me, got it for half the price too. they packed the mattress and helped me fit it in my estate car. thank you for a wonderful experience today, i will be seeing you soon for my next purchase! goodnight, i am off to sleep now on the new mattress 💤

I had a really positive experience at dreams with mansur at dreams in beckton. incredibly professional and patient, attentive and knowledgeable. my mother has a mental health illness but his customer service was impeccable.
