Had an amazing experience here with the helpers. amazing customer service. i went in here for a bed and mattress and was not disappointed. hanan gave great service and even provided us with drinks which was very very kind. took great care of my family and also her colleague, philip, who dealt with my brother and his mattress, had amazing customer service , great jokes and attitude. would definitely recommend!

Olaitan greeted me and asked how he could help. after checking my sleeping position etc i was shown different options and prices. i was taken to the lift when i needed to go to the first floor to inspect/test one of the beds. i was not rushed and given as much time as needed to make my choice. once i had chosen the mattress i wanted we went to the desk where i relaxed with a lovely cup of coffee while my detail etc were taken. in all it was a pleasant experience, olaitan also carried the extras i bought to the taxi. olaitan is the perfect salesman, professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Hanan in the clapham store was extremely helpful and took us through the journey to discover what our ideal mattress was for me and my partner. she was very hospitable and provided us the full experience using the sleep analyser. would go back again when looking for another mattress or bed.

The staff member hanan was very helpful and knowledgeable. we did the sleepmatch analysis machine, and i tried different mattresses and was given a pillow to help my testing. i was informed of the clearance mattresses also. i was offered a drink (water/coffee while i waited). i only ordered today, so now waiting for the mattress. will update my review when it comes.
