Used the service for a Mortgage in Principle, to select the best mortgage rates and to initiate the application. Great to have clear, thorough and quick responses from employees - who guide you through the whole process. Habito offers a pretty good platform to track products available, actions needed and subsequent documents required. Chris Roy was extremely helpful!

We have a had very positive experience with Habito from start to finish. The process was very straightforward and every step was clearly explained and efficient. We were assigned a specific advisor (Chris Roy) who was first rate throughout. He was very helpful, efficient and generally a pleasure to deal with. Chris took us up to the point at which our application was submitted. Scarlett took over from that point - she was equally helpful and efficient. All in all, it took less than a week from first contacting Habito to receiving our mortgage offer. The application itself went to the lender on Friday morning and the offer was received by 5pm Tuesday without any additional information being required. We have been thoroughly impressed by the service and would recommend Habito to all.

We used Habito to get our mortgage for our new property. It took a bit longer than expected, but I think that is due to our unique circumstances. We were anxious about the time it was taking, but Billy at Habito re-assured us that this was common in certain situations. We received our mortgage offer in the end though! Had a very good experience with Habito as a first time property buyer. Mine was not a simple one but a complex one but the mortgage closure was so smooth even though I requested a change in the mortgage amount in between which was done in a day or so. I would especially like to thank Mariam who was always available through the entire process till closure. What truly set Mariam apart was her responsiveness. I was pleasantly surprised by how promptly she responded to my messages and provided a resolution whether it needed coordination with the Bank or the Solicitor. Her willingness to be available and provide updates on every stage of the mortgage application was immensely reassuring. Her promptness not only expedited the process but also ensured that I never felt left in the dark.
