Great place, fantastic management, everyone is always very understanding and accommodating. Fantastic quality on removing cuticles and manicure and pedicure and this is coming from me arriving back from Switzerland. Fabulous juices from French juice specialists, coffee and service. I was visiting from overseas and needed a pedicure for a wedding I was attending. The owner and her staff were so welcoming and kind. The deluxe pedicure I received was incredible and loved the turnout of my polish. I was even offered Prosecco upon arrival. The environment of this salon is so warm and unique boho vibe. I was one of the last customers and the owner allowed me to stay 20 extra minutes past closing to ensure my nails were dry. I definitely recommend this salon.

Regularly use Rachel's due to the quality of their manicures. On this occasion they sent me a text to let me know that they might be running a little late, which was appreciated. The manicurists are very experienced and provide helpful advice on how to make your manicure last as long as possible in good condition. They take great care in preparing the nails and cuticles and you don't feel hurried. I would highly recommend Rachel's.

I love this salon, my absolute favourite. All of the staff are so friendly & accommodating; plus my nails always look fabulous. HIGHLY recommend.

Relaxing atmosphere. Had a deluxe pedicure because I’m on my feet so much and was here for almost 2.5 hours but worth it. Very good quality with the polish. The whole treatment was relaxing from the atmosphere, smell of the shop, the coffee and the staff. No pressure or haggling for something you don’t want or need. Will be back again.
