Great service! i popped in because i needed new glasses, and despite coming in as a walk-in customer the staff really took their time with me, which i appreciate :) it was also fun to try on different frames, with special thanks to maya for her great advices on what style to choose etc. can't wait to receive my new glasses, thank you!

I highly recommend this optician. more than a service, it is an experience. they count with the most innovative technology for vision tests. the staff members were always very kind and professional, especially bushra. she was very assertive helping me make the best choice for my new frames for reading and also sunglasses.

Went in for a 'regular' eye-check but on this occasion (and to my alarm) found some potentially serious issues with eye pressure and peripheral view. lucy explained the issues very calmly/clearly, ran the tests again to make sure there was no immediate anomaly and advised best course of action and emailed full, very professional referral letters an hour or two after the appointment. no sense of rush and managed the whole process really very well indeed strongly recommend hodd, barnes and dickens and not skipping annual check-ups ...

Had a really great experience here. from initial phone call through to picking up my new frames. super easy to deal with, thorough and professional test and a quick delivery on the frames which was unexpected. had a lot of good advice and good service. it was my first time investing in a nice pair of glasses and i really appreciate the time everyone gave me thank you.
