The optician was great, willing to take the time to explain everything and I had great trust in him. What I wasn’t keen on was the hard sell after my appointment for the purchase of glasses, that’s clearly where they make their money. Also the more time I spent in there the more the decor felt like an expensive restaurant toilet, maybe because of the tiled walls... but once again the optician was worth the trip, go see him.

It is hard to imagine what more one could want from an opticians practice. I have been coming here since the 1990s for sight checks and spectacles. From start to finish their service is uniformly impeccable and all the staff with whom I have dealt are charming. They even looked after me while I was living overseas. It is a pleasure to go there. K, you run a great practice and special thanks to Kathy and Georgia.

Popped in a few days ago to get some sunglasses and was bowled over by the attention and care from the staff. Their range of glasses was really impressive and had some great brands and others that I hadn't heard of but were just gorgeous

Had the full service here, eye test which was very comprehensive and thorough. And then the Manager personally took his time to help me pick the right frames. Great service and highly recommended.

Exceptional service! Would happily give 6 stars. The entire team are very welcoming, offering the utmost levels of service at every stage.The standard of care is second to none. At the end of my tether due to multiple allergies/ dermatitis to plastics, dyes and nickel, I visited this opticians as a last resort to obtain spectacles I could wear safely. It was great to meet Kay who clearly has a prodigious amount of knowledge and expertise. He was very reassuring, patient and empathetic as he worked with me to figure out options for spectacles. I was given all the time in the world to work through options, never feeling rushed. The pros and cons of the various decisions were explained in detail. You really feel you are in the hands of an expert in his field. Spectacles dispensed and I went to pick them up with slight trepidation due to my experience elsewhere, needn’t have worried, love my new spectacles! Highly recommend and commend this practice.
