I cannot speak highly enough of alex. he attended same day, and on time and was incredibly thorough in his work. he proofed my kitchen for mice and explained everything he did along the way. he was clean, tidying up after himself as he went, and i cannot recommend this technician enough. i would not hesitate to phone him again if/when i need his services.

I called alex after our first spray for bed bugs on 15 october from our housing association. we still had live bed bugs, alex came on 25 october and sprayed our entire flat. he is professional, affordable and a genuine person. he gave us excellent advice in terms of buying new furniture and re-decorating our flat. i phoned him after the treatment, he still was gave us further advice. alex is calm, polite and very knowledgeable in his work field. we can't thank him enough. my husband was itching since we moved in our new flat, six months ago then this problem with bed bugs. since alex treatment, my husband itching stopped and we highly recommend him. thank you so much alex.

Excellent. highly recommended. phone the company around midnight upon realising we have mice/rat pest in the kitchen, alex answered the call and he was so professional and understanding and gave us options and recommendation, very flexible with timing which we decide to do 7am. alex sent another professional gentleman vitalii which is also very friendly, professional and focus. which showcase how good is the company, they did a great job sorting out everything and ensuring its pest free kitchen. thanks guys! regards, tam

Had alex sort out a mice problem at home. he went beyond i was expecting to look around for holes and installing traps. very cost effective too. could not recommend him more.
