Joao was amazing: personable, professional and absolutely resolved my issues with tension headaches. the office is modern and, although small, was perfect was the treatment plan. joao was supportive with my at home exercises, making sure i understood them but gave me a bit of slack if i forgot a day or two. he also did a great job in explaining what he was doing and why he thought it would help (and it did). hopefully i won’t need to go back, but if i ever do need treatment again i know where i’ll be going.

I had two leg injuries leading up to the 2018 london marathon and both were managed and cured fantastically well by nuno. having thought i might need to pull out at one point, i completed the run without recurrence of either injury. i will be back if/when any further problems occur! highly recommended.

Joao is an experience therapist, he is extremely competent and he explain everything professionally. he fix my back in few sessions. the clinic is clean and nice. i can only recommend the clinic and joao in particular!

I was treated by paolo. a friendly and knowledgeable physio, he quickly identified my problem, put together a treatment plan and adjusted it as i progressed. paolo gave me the confidence to begin running again and the techniques to ensure that i shouldn't suffer a recurrence of my injury. he was also an all round nice guy. i'm extremely satisfied.
