Mr Philips is extremely personable and professional. I have trusted him with two procedures so far and the experience has been top notch on both occasions. Moreover, with the benefit of time, I can attest that the results have been equally superlative. I researched the clinic and and clinicians beforehand and the standard of service I received lived up to expectations. When I did have a small problem, the clinic demonstrated their customer focus by remedying it immediately. They actively seek feedback which is another reason I find them to be a trustworthy, credible and safe environment.

I had no idea what to expect, and was pretty nervous as I think everyone is. However, it turned into such a calm and professional experience from the consultation to the surgery. Dr. Sadideen did a lovey job, the aftercare checkup was great, and I felt very comfortable asking as many questions as I wanted throughout the process.

The nurse that saw me was absolutely amazing. They were extremely kind and very polite. Talked me through everything that was going on, as well as having a friendly chat. They made me feel very comfortable, no stress at all.

I had a fantastic experience with Mr Sadideen from initial consultation through to my 6 week post-operative check. He was friendly, extremely informative and took the time to listen and completely understand what it was I wanted to achieve. He has given me the perfect, natural look that I wanted and I am delighted with the results of my procedure. He is a very talented surgeon! Thank you for making me feel good about my post-children body once again! The staff at the Cadogan Clinic were all welcoming and helpful and the nurse allocated to me was lovely and put me completely at ease on my surgery day and at my follow up appointment a week after surgery. Overall I had a great experience for this procedure and my previous one at the clinic and would not hesitate to return in the future.
