NEW Idris was everything you could ask for. He came really quickly and worked efficiently to make sure the price was fair. He also explained how the problem had occured and gave us a good chance not to repeat the problem in future. Most importantly, he did a good job. 

NEW Super helpful clearing my blocked toilet today. Came out within 45 minutes and made sure to get the job done. Transparent pricing and engineer was talking me through the process and kept me updated and informed. A dream for landlords! Sent me videos of the job after and it was breeze.
