J Property Management

We rented a property managed by J Property Management. Having rented several properties in London over the years, I must say that we were never as satisfied with an agent/management company. Whenever we had a request for repairs in the property, Jessica was quick to arrange for it to be fixed. In addition, during the term of the tenancy, we bought our first property and hence had to terminate the tenancy on the flat we were renting. Jessica was very understanding and happy for us, and she helped secure the landlord's consent for us to leave as soon as another tenant was found, which was done quickly. If we ever decide to rent out our property, it will definitely be through J Property Management.

I rented through J property for one year and they were efficient in their checks. They looked after my deposit and returned this to me and were very understanding of my circumstances and query’s. Thank you

I've been renting a property out with j property management for a while now. Jessica is very professional and nothing is ever too much of an issue. 10/10 would recommend to any landlords looking for an agent.

As our property manager, Jessica was quite good. There were some irritations, such as when she was alerted at the beginning of the tenancy to various things the inventory company had missed she had an irritating habit of responding with 'oh, that's odd', infering that we must have done something to cause the issue rather than appreciating that the inventory company she hired didn't do their job properly. She also lied to us when we were leaving, telling us that we legally had to allow viewings. Naughty, as this is fundamentally untrue. Unfortunately for her we knew it. Agents and landlords are never on your side. Don't make the mistake of thinking they are. Make sure you know and understand your rights! Update after response: Claudia is a pseudonym.
