A superb reflection from a gentler age. Great homemade food, friendly and polite staff. Will visit again. We did visit again- food even better with more choices.

Service was a little slow but very friendly. the bacon burger was amazing. This was the best burger I have had in London and one of the best flavor bursts I have had in years. It is just around the corner from the Charles Dickens museum.

Great food! Pies are home made and can be customised if ordered in advance. Great choice of beers. Art deco carefully maintained by landlord.
