London Flat Roofing

Steve helped provide some great advice on a flat roof condensation problem, I followed him on Youtube and thankfully he was willing to provide some free advice that really helped my situation with my garage build as both my builder and I were a little stuck to why we had wet patches internally on our roof. Steve replied at 7am in the morning after I email him at 10pm the night before. I have no doubt that his level of work is great based on my time (hours) watching his videos online. Thanks Steve.

Mr Steve Dickinson went above and beyond, to give professional advice on how to convert an uninsulated kitchen flat felt roof to a warm EPDM covered roof. The project was no where near his company's working area so would be of no economic value to himself, and yet he still followed up my query. He did this by making a video out of photo's I'd sent him explaining both the theory and the actual practical means to action the process. A great chap who wouldn't accept anything in return for his time and assistance. He is a craftsman who wants to genuinely improve the quality of his profession. Thank you again we need more people like him.

After watching Steve's very knowledgeable YouTube Videos about Flat Roofs and potential issues, I decided to try and contact him for advice. The fact I was at the other side of the country and unable to use Steve to do my work I thought maybe he would be reluctant to speak to me. However, to my surprise he answered the call and explained he was in a loft carrying out a roof survey, but if I call him back in 20 minutes he will gladly have a chat with me. I called him and he was fantastic and very very friendly and willing to help and offer his advise. I was very grateful for his time and even more so when he isn't actually able to do my work. Despite this Steve was a true gent and is clearly passionate about what he does. I am very grateful to Steve for giving me the time of day, in fact he explained everything in great detail. Fantastic guy and I would 100% recommend anybody to use Steve wherever possible. Thanks Steve for your help and time. Very grateful. 👍👍

I've found Steve's YouTube videos very helpful in helping me understand some issues we've had with our flat roof. I asked Steve to look at photos of the roof taken during construction and he gave me an in-depth analysis which has been very enlightening. Steve really knows his trade and I get the feeling he enjoys solving problems and helping people. Next step will be to bring him all the way out to Buckinghamshire which I know is well outside his normal territory! A true professional, highly recommended!
