Bentley started off as a very good experience, and ended as a good good experience. However, the in-between part of the dinner wasn’t up to scratch. Unfortunately, the host that we had was either extremely tired or ready to go home as they kept looking at their watch every time we spoke to them. We felt like we were boring them or they were truly disinterested. When we enquired about what oysters they would recommend that their answer was simply “everything”. Another host was helpful when we asked them. Thank you, that really helped. As far as food goes, this was a good experience for a change and we may visit again, but only for the oysters and a glass or two of champagne. The dark cherry chocolate mousse was impeccable would definitely recommend giving that a go. I would have given service a five stars however, the service let us down. I would have given the food five stars however the £6, very small plate of, Himalayan rice let us down; this could be offered alongside the curry. Otherwise, I wouldn’t flaw this restaurant. Must try once.

This was my second visit , after a rather disappointing one 5 years ago, I was not disappointed this time . The food was very nice , the oysters were probably the best I ever had in London. The service is much improved . The overall experience was very nice. My only reservation was : why would a place like this need to add a “cover charge” in addition to the customary service charge ?

Lovely lunch, the shellfish ( prawn cocktail) was super tasty and served in the prettiest of bowls. The monkfish and prawn curry spicy but not too hot and a really good consistency. My partner had the fish stew which he loved. Our friend had the fish pie, this was delicious, comfort food with elegance.

Only discovered Bentley when a friend accidentally book the place for dinner. Location 5 min walking from Piccadilly Circus, the restaurant is split into 2 levels and outdoor area under a tent. . The service and the staff were brilliant and professional. I had prior arrangements and had to leave early and the waiter was adamant that I had the pudding before leaving. The food was delicious; the starter was slices of smoked salmon with some green and 2 crunchy bread slices, which reminded me more of croutons - hard and crunchy. The Main was yummy, meat rolled in some pastry dough, with the main you could order some sides, however, the meat itself is enough to fill you. Not a fan of medium, I prefer my meat well done. The pudding was vanilla ice cream mixed with fruits and a thick flavored cream that complimented the ice cream. It was good but not what I expect

A wonderful dining experience. Following the detailed foreword, it's difficult to make final selections as all the menu items sounded inviting. We settled on a sharing platter- neatly presented, containing all the essentials. All the elements were fresh and tasty. We shared mains of the fish pie, monk fish curry and Dover sole...all delicious. Drinks on point- endless choices Service was superb...the depth of knowledge on each dish was helpful. Look forward to sampling more of the menu...
