Having checked a number of quotes, SDS had the best deal for the setup I needed. Quick and friendly engineers, responsive customer service line with individuals who understand the system and excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Never had any dealings with this company but house alarm went off and code didn't work. Spoke to Donna who was helpful, friendly and reassuring; she explained the issue and also the most economical quick fix (which didn't involve SDS coming out) - so I am delighted, and when I'm ready to stump up for the permanent fix I will defo be calling SDS to do the job - no further proof needed that they're exactly the kind of company I want to give my business to.

I have used SDS for our house alarm for some years now. I have always found them to be extremely pro-active and efficient. The engineers are always friendly and professional. I also like the fact they don't try to upsell on the alarm! When we were having a house refurb they were kind enough to assist very quickly when our builders accidentally set the alarm off. I have also used the SDS Shop on various occasions which is full of great quality products. I have found that everyone in the shop is also very helpful.

My experience with SDS Security has been fantastic from the start! Ola has been extremely helpful and responsive via both email and on the phone and all the the technicians that have been on site have been really knowledgeable and friendly. We're a restaurant in Peckham and use them for our CCTV, intruder alarm and fire security. A definite 5*'s and I would highly recommend using their services!
