Fantastic customer service, i had ordered two pairs of boots from the red wing london store, and although neither quite worked out due to my inhuman sized feet, james was fantastic from start to finish. i wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

Just like say thanksto the london team for sharing their expertise and professionalism, helping me to choose the most appropriate style of boot to help support my ankle after a major surgery. i'm really please with my boots and they are breaking in niceley.

Visited the store today after falling down the youtube rabbit hole. the gentleman who attended to me was superb, totally knowledgable and offered sage advice to ensure that my purchase was spot on. now i’ve worn my boots for u hours and my feet are about to fall off! the break in on these things is gonna hurt…a lot… but i’m looking forward to enjoying these beauties. awesome place, great service… and the boots are gorgeous

Be careful as i ordered shoes through a another distributor but they weren’t the company direct but once they found out, they went over and above to rectify the problem! no discount offered as clearly they are in awe of themselves lol… did offer free product. by british standards they did well but felt in america 🇺🇸 they would have handled it differently. it actually wasn’t their fault so none of it matters!

Great selection with informative and helpful staff... my friend and i popped in to try a couple of styles, we both left with a pair of boots! love my irish setter moc toes, especially with the additional insoles so there's not too much volume over my foot!!
